cozy friday night.

Tonight is consisting of helping my bestie S get ready for her fabulous, whirlwind trip to London! This is her second trip there in six months. I am super jealous and wish that I was going with her. I have known S since the first day of grade four and I love telling the story because she hates it so much. I was sitting at my desk, the new kid having just moved to Courtenay in the summer, when this girl in a very nice orange floral pantsuit, with a matching orange srunchie in her long blonde ponytail. She loved ponies and as did I, so it was basically love at first sight. We didn’t become close until middle school and after that the rest is really history. Tonight instead of our usual Friday night shenanigans of wine drinking and tabletop dancing, we’re taking in a movie with some night earl grey tea. She is probably one of the funniest people that I know and has the driest most sarcastic sense of humour and I think it is the bomb. Speaking of bombs I hope that Al-Qaeda doesn’t follow through with the bomb threats on London, because losing her would be super sad. So on that note...Love you, Byeeeeeeee.

XO
