back in grade twelve i became close with one of the coolest chicks ever! jenny and i had gone to school with each other for the past five years and we ran in the same crowd, but never really hung one on one. she’s super rad and after going to university in different cities we do find our friendship stretching out, but we both agree that our friendship is like an elastic band. you can stretch it out but as soon as one person lets one end go it snaps right back to where it was. the phone call usually last an hour for us to catch up with everything that has been going on in one another lives, i feel so lucky to have a friend like her in my life. despite school, boyfriends, and family, we are able to remain friends without having too much pressure on the relationship.
below is a picture of us playing sidewalk chalks in the summer, our teenage year cars are in the back ground and it reminds me that no matter what happens i always have jpye as one of my besties!
